The San Antonio Food Bank will be offering application assistance onsite to those interested in applying for:
- SNAP (formerly known as food stamp program)
- CHIP
- TANF
- Adult Medicaid/WHP
- MEDP
- WIC
Bring a copy of the following information to apply:
- DL or ID and Social Security numbers for everyone in the home
- Proof of all income: Last 3 Paystubs, Social Security award letter, etc
- Proof of address if different from DL/ID
- Proof of expenses (i.e. rent/mortgage, water, light, etc)
- Birth Certificate and Immunization Records (TANF and Children’s Medicaid only)
